１０月のWindows update をインストール以降、PCを起動すると勝手に印刷されてしまう現象が発生。弊社PCの保守会社により、１０月のWindows updateのみ のデータの削除を行ったが、何度行ってもアンインストールの失敗と表示された。弊社PCの保守会社が調査したところ。通常はアンインストールが可能であるのに、出来ないので、マイクロソフトの問題であるとお聞きしました。１０月のWindows updateの削除ができるように早急に修正のご対応をお願いします。
