UnhandledExceptionFilter通过 执行Dispatcher的代码引发未处理的异常时，会发生 该事件。
事件 UnhandledExceptionFilter 提供了一种不引发事件 UnhandledException 的方法。 首先 UnhandledExceptionFilter 引发 事件，如果 RequestCatch 上的 DispatcherUnhandledExceptionFilterEventArgs 设置为 false， UnhandledException 则不会引发事件。
