注解
RoleManagerEventArgs 对象向 RoleManagerModule 类的 GetRoles 事件提供事件信息。
RoleManagerEventArgs 对象提供对当前请求 HttpContext 的访问权限，BooleanRolesPopulated 属性用于启用或取消 RoleManagerModule创建 RolePrincipal。
