如果 AutoComplete 指定了 ，则不得在 COM+ 目录中禁用它;如果在 COM+ 目录中启用，则必须在组件上指定它。
如果方法调用 SetComplete 正常返回，事务会自动调用 。 如果方法调用引发异常，则中止事务。
