Gets a SchemeSettingElementCollection object that contains the configuration settings for scheme parsing in the Uri class.

Remarks
The SchemeSettings property is not generic. Only the genericUriParserOptions="DontUnescapePathDotsAndSlashes" configuration setting for HTTP and HTTPS schemes are supported. All other settings are ignored.
