You can create a custom shortcut in Target Designer by adding an extra resource to your configuration.
To create a custom shortcut in Target Designer
- In Target Designer, open your configuration. 
- In the View menu, verify that Resources is selected. 
- Expand your .slx configuration node. 
- Right-click ExtraResources and choose Add, and then Shortcut. The Add Component Resources window appears. 
- Type a name for the shortcut. 
- In the Extended properties section, type the values for the following properties: DstName, DstPath, TargetPath, Overwrite, WindowStyle. - For additional information about these properties, see Start Menu Shortcuts. 
- To add the shortcut to the component Choose Add. To close the Add Component Resource window, choose Cancel. 
- Save the component and import it to the database.
