You can create a custom shortcut in Target Designer by adding an extra resource to your configuration.
To create a custom shortcut in Target Designer
In Target Designer, open your configuration.
In the View menu, verify that Resources is selected.
Expand your .slx configuration node.
Right-click ExtraResources and choose Add, and then Shortcut. The Add Component Resources window appears.
Type a name for the shortcut.
In the Extended properties section, type the values for the following properties: DstName, DstPath, TargetPath, Overwrite, WindowStyle.

To add the shortcut to the component Choose Add. To close the Add Component Resource window, choose Cancel.
Save the component and import it to the database.
