Remarks
To specifiy a preferred frame size, set the following properties.
- Set MFPKEY_REQUESTING_A_FRAMESIZE to VARIANT_TRUE.
- Set MFPKEY_PREFERRED_FRAMESIZE to the number of samples you want in each frame.
