Sets a property on a WebPart or other server control indicating whether the control has shared personalization data.

Parameters

webPart: WebPart

A WebPart or other server control that can have shared personalization data.

hasSharedData: Boolean

A Boolean value that indicates whether webPart has shared data.

Remarks

The SetHasSharedData method indicates whether webPart has shared personalization data. The value of the hasSharedData parameter that is passed into the method is assigned to the webPart control's HasSharedData property.
