Determines if the current instance of FragmentState describes the same TextFragment state as another TextFragment instance, or an Object that can be cast to TextFragment.

Returns
Returns true, if the current instance of TextFragment and that obtained from the Object provided by the obj argument describe the same TextFragment state. Returns false if the current TextFragment and the obj argument do not support the same TextFragment state.
Remarks
The method returns false if the Object provided by the obj argument cannot be cast to TextFragment.
