Gets the full name of this FrameworkName object.

The full name of this FrameworkName object.
Remarks
The string returned by the FullName property has the following format:
identifier, Version=version[, Profile=profile]
where identifier corresponds to the Identifier property, version is equivalent to calling Version.ToString on the value of the Version property, and profile corresponds to the Profile property. If a profile has not been assigned to the FrameworkName object, the profile component is not included in the string.
The value of the FullName property is identical to the string returned by the ToString method.
