You should be able to boot from the Macrium Rescue media and restore the OS image you backed up yesterday.

But I wonder why it's not booting after unisntalling the display drivers. The Microsoft Standard video drivers are supposed to load.

If you wish to do a clean install, you can create a Windows 10 USB setup disk and boot from it. The data can be recovered from WinRE before beginning the clean install.

After creating the disk, boot from it. You may need to change the boot order in the BIOS or the one-time boot menu.
