Microsoft 365 Developer Program Tenant registration failing with "Internal Server Error" when submitting info after adding phone number

Based on recent feedback, many users have encountered the same issue when attempting to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. Microsoft has recently updated the eligibility requirements for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. Free E5 developer tenants are no longer guaranteed for all users and are now primarily offered to those with Visual Studio Enterprise subscriptions. 

As a forum moderator, we do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints. However, we recommend reviewing the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, which provides detailed eligibility criteria and helpful guidance.
