I upgraded my home computer to Windows Pro which is a requirement for remote connection. Remote Desktop Connection has been retired, now Windows App is telling me I need a WORK Microsoft account. How do I connect with a Local account?

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Settings

Home network. I am out of work. For 11 years I have used ConnectWise without issue and this is a nightmare.

Now iOS device and Windows PC are on the same network.

I am prompted to enter credentials for Domain\User or User@Domain.

If I enter my email address, what password should I use? If I use my Microsoft password, it says "Connecting to Mxxxxx" and "Configuring remote PC"...but keeps spinning.

If I enter "mstsc" on PC, it says:
