Hi there!
This morning there was a Defender update, I have installed it an now it works!!!
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Recently my local hosted IIS services is not running after the new update. My visual studio projects also can't be run as well. I have to delete the new update in order to run my projects and local hosted services again. May I know what is the problem?

Same problem here.
Had to uninstall KB5066835 AND KB5065789 on hundreds of computers this morning...
Please fix this issue
Hi Sashi Kumar ,
Thanks for reporting this.
The behavior you're experiencing with IIS (Internet Information Services) and its impact on Visual Studio projects may be related to recent system changes. Here's a temporary workaround that has helped others restore IIS Manager functionality:
administration.config file Try locating subfolders (e.g., CFGHISTORY_000000001x) under the C:\inetpub\history directory. These folders often contain earlier versions of the administration.config file. Copy one of these files to the C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config directory to help restore IIS Manager successfully.Hope this helps!
