The problem isn't Windows or your router or Google. It's the extension(s) you've added to Google. Ask for help from -- or complain to -- the publisher(s) of the extension(s).

I am about to go crazy with this issue...yes I am still using windows 7...I don't wanna let go (lol)! I cannot find a resolution to the issues of "Server IP Address could not be found" and "This site can't be reached". I get them both and its frustrating as hell because I cannot find a resolution.
PLEASE PLEASE someone provide me with a fix (that the lay-person can understand) so I can get to the sites I am clicking on, entering in the address bar, etc.
I've tried everything I can figure and googled for info and tried what I could understand there too...but I am not getting a fix. I don't know if this is a windows 7 issue (and time for me to cut the cord - which I don't wanna do)...or if there is an actual fix for me out there I'm just not finding it.
I have an HP Pavilion dv4-2145dx and I do my best to keep all my securities etc updated and so forth. I do have Norton 360 installed and running as well...don't know if that is any issue.
I can't do any shopping and I use chrome extensions and they are a big issue with the two instances noted above. More and more I can't use the shopping extensions because they error out.
Please help...FAST...I need to Christmas Shop...

Oh my Lord have I complained, asked, requested -- everything you can think of. Nothing has come from it. It is so frustrating.
So -- yesterday I used my hubbies laptop which has Windows 10 and it worked ok for the time I was on there...so I just don't understand this at all...
