Someone's obnoxious wifi network name with emoji showing in my list of networks. How do I block it?

Hello, I have a problem with an other people's annoying and obnoxious wifi name showing in my networks area. I have already found a solution here to block it. But the issue is the name needed to hide or block the network contains special characters like emojis, and I dont know how to input those to block it. i need help with other methods in blocking this annoying thing.

    So, I found a work around. Its for windows 10 but can work for windows 7 too.

    Use option 2 to allow all your own wifi networks, then use option 4 to block all non-allowed networks.

    You can use option 5 to undo option 4.

    Manage networks only shows networks I have connected to in the past. It doesn't show newly discovered networks used by others.

    That clarifies the issue. Your wireless network adapter is simply finding that network when it searches. You co not have to connect to it and can simply ignore it. Just do not try to connect to it.
