Someone's obnoxious wifi network name with emoji showing in my list of networks. How do I block it?

Hello, I have a problem with an other people's annoying and obnoxious wifi name showing in my networks area. I have already found a solution here to block it. But the issue is the name needed to hide or block the network contains special characters like emojis, and I dont know how to input those to block it. i need help with other methods in blocking this annoying thing.

    So, I found a work around. Its for windows 10 but can work for windows 7 too.

    Use option 2 to allow all your own wifi networks, then use option 4 to block all non-allowed networks.

    You can use option 5 to undo option 4.

    Simple google search of block a network windows u

    1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
    2. In the left-hand column, click Change adapter settings.
    3. A new screen will open with a list of network connections. Right-click Local Area Connection or Wireless Connection and select Disable.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. But I want to block wireless networks, not the wireless adaptor.

    My apologies. What I should have said is find the offensive network in the list then click remove. Not sure how much that will help though. Your wireless device is searching for networks and finds it.

    Yeah, I cannot find list of networks that way, only list of adapters. Anyway I got some work around it for now. Thank you for the attempted help.
