Minecraft Launcher Core Error

Hi, I have been having a problem with my Minecraft Launcher for a couple days now.

I had installed it on a Windows 8 OS, on the 20th of August, and made it work for about a full week. Now, after pressing "Repair" for Minecraft Launcher inside of Programs and Features, it gives me these messages:

Couldn't load launcher core from C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft

Launcher\game\launcher.dll: LoadErrorNotPresent

If this is your first time installing Minecraft, turn on your internet to install updates.

And then after I click "OK" another window pops up, saying:

Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely cause by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft.

I followed that advice and reinstalled Minecraft multiple times. I've also ran it with Administrator, and deleted the .minecraft folder in %appdata% numerous times, but to no avail. I have also tried System Restoring my laptop, but it doesn't complete, due to an "AntiVirus Software", and I don't know which one it's talking about.

The entire process just starts over, and I'm starting to feel hopeless. Before I give up entirely, and wait a couple of years to purchase a brand new PC and start anew, does anyone have a solution to this?

Any help is EXTREMELY appreciated, even if it works or not. But I do hope it does.

I have the same problem, I have tried all possible solutions, even changing the launchers but minecraft does not want to install and I skip the same error, try everything I could with your solution but it remains the same
