Why can’t I reinstall languages from windows update? (windows 7)

I installed Danish, Chinese simplified and traditional, Korean and Japanese language pack on my computer.

However all those updates say they failed except for Korean and I want to install all of the other languages but I can’t reinstall them. They don’t show in the optional update category so I can’t reinstall them

And the only languages that show in the installed list are English and Korean.

Can someone help me with this? This issue is driving me crazy.
