IMLOperatorAttributes.GetStringAttributeElementLength 方法

获取属于字符串类型的属性元素的长度。 对于字符串数组的属性，此方法查询指定索引处属性中单个元素的大小。 字符串采用 UTF-8 格式。 大小包括 null 终止字符。
