此 API 支持内容链接。 高于 Windows 10 版本 1903 的 Windows 版本中不提供启用内容链接的 Windows 功能。 在高于 1903 版本的 Windows 版本中，XAML 文本控件的内容链接将无法正常运行。
此事件发生在 TextChanging 事件之后和 TextChanged 事件之前。
