Create Notifications At Action Group Resource Level	将测试通知发送到一组提供的接收方
Create Notifications At Resource Group Level	将测试通知发送到一组提供的接收方
Create Or Update	创建新的作组或更新现有作组。
Delete	删除作组。
Enable Receiver	在作组中启用接收方。这会将接收方的状态从“已禁用”更改为“已启用”。仅电子邮件或短信接收方支持此作。
