Location capabilities.

Variables are only populated by the server, and will be ignored when sending a request.

zone	str zone name.
geo_backup_supported	bool A value indicating whether a new server in this region can have geo-backups to paired region.
zone_redundant_ha_supported	bool A value indicating whether a new server in this region can support multi zone HA.
zone_redundant_ha_and_geo_backup_supported	bool A value indicating whether a new server in this region can have geo-backups to paired region.
