Parameters
- name
 Type: System.String
 The name of the event. name cannot contain embedded nulls.
- attributes
 Type: System.Reflection.EventAttributes
 The attributes of the event.
- eventtype
 Type: System.Type
 The type of the event.

Type: System.Reflection.Emit.EventBuilder
The defined event.
