Opens or closes the Active Input Method Editor (IME).
Syntax

[in] BOOL fOpen
);
Parameters
hIMC [in]
A handle to the input context.fOpen [in]
A boolean value that contains the status. If TRUE, the Active IME is opened. Otherwise, the Active IME is closed.
Return value
Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.
Remarks
This method maps to the ImmSetOpenStatus function that is documented in the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK).
