注解
PCLUSTER_REG_GET_BATCH_NOTIFICATION类型定义指向此函数的指针。
只有批处理函数组中的函数（如 ClusterRegBatchAddCommand）才会生成注册表更改通知。 不使用批处理函数命令之一的注册表更改不会生成批处理通知。
