Parameters
- message 
 Type: System.String- The error message that explains the reason for the exception. 
- innerException 
 Type: System.Exception- The exception that is the cause of the current excpetion. If the innerException parameter is not a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), the current exception is raised in a catch block that handles the inner exception. 
- errorCode 
 Type: System.String- The error code associated with the exception's message. 
- helpKeyword 
 Type: System.String- The Help keyword for the error.
