BuildWarningEventArgs Constructor (String, String, String, Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32, String, String, String)

Initializes a new instance of the BuildWarningEventArgs class with the specified SubCategory, Code, File, LineNumber, ColumnNumber, EndLineNumber, EndColumnNumber, Message, HelpKeyword, and SenderName values.
