TeamFoundationServicingService.AddServicingStepGroups Method (TeamFoundationRequestContext, IEnumerable<ServicingStepGroup>, TeamFoundationLock)

Adds servicing step groups and servicing steps listed in the stepGroups collection to the configuration database.
