Parameters
- projectInstance 
 Type: Microsoft.Build.Execution.ProjectInstance- The instance to build. 
- targetsToBuild 
 Type: array<System.String[]- The targets to build. 
- hostServices 
 Type: Microsoft.Build.Execution.HostServices- The host services to use, if any. May be null. 
- flags 
 Type: Microsoft.Build.Execution.BuildRequestDataFlags- The flags to use for the build. 
- propertiesToTransfer 
 Type: IEnumerable<String>- The list of properties to transfer from the project to any out of process node.
