Starts the application by using specified parameters.

Parameters

• fileName
  Type: String

  The file name of the application to start.

• alternateFileName
  Type: String

  The alternate file name together with environment variables.

• arguments
  Type: String

  The arguments to pass to the application.

The application that was started.
