Remarks
This API is obsolete and is included for backward compatibility. Future implementations should use the WorkItemStore.WorkItemStore(TfsTeamProjectCollection) constructor and revise related infrastructure to use TfsTeamProjectCollection instead of TeamFoundationServer. The connection information, credentials, and globalization information are contained in the TeamFoundationServer object.
