Required. A numeric Locale Identification (LCID) value that specifies the locale of the extension.
Remarks
An LCID is a number that corresponds to a locale setting. For example, the LCID for U.S. English is 1033. For a list of LCIDs that are supported by Microsoft, see List of Locale ID (LCID) Values as Assigned by Microsoft.
