 Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Monitoring.MonitoringAlertCriteria- A value that specifies the kind of monitoring alert reader to return.

 Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Configuration.MonitoringClass- The monitoring base class, with all its derived classes, that defines the range of the returned results. 
- lastModified 
 Type: System.DateTime- The most recent date and time since the scope alerts changed.
