An application can have zero or more notification classes. Although it is legal to have zero notification classes, most applications have one or more notification classes.

Notification classes describe the notifications your applications produce. In a notification class, you define the notification schema, content formatters, delivery protocols, expiration age, and delivery settings.

Use the methods of the NotificationClassCollection class to add or remove NotificationClass objects.
