In a Visual Studio extension, the EntityDesignerExtendedPropertyAttribute is used when extending the functionality of the Entity Data Model Designer (Entity Designer). Specifically, the EntityDesignerExtendedPropertyAttribute is used to annotate classes that implement the IEntityDesignerExtendedProperty interface. The EntityDesignerExtendedPropertyAttribute constructor accepts a parameter of type EntityDesignerSelection that specifies which objects, when selected in the Entity Data Model Designer or the Model Browser, cause the IEntityDesignerExtendedProperty.CreateProperty method of the annotated class to be called.
