此属性允许您指定可序列化类型中的新字段 (SerializableAttribute 应用于) 的类型被 BinaryFormatter 或 SoapFormatter忽略。 这样，就可以对为旧版应用程序（序列化数据）创建的类型进行版本容错序列化。 例如，当格式化程序遇到不包含新字段的版本生成的流时，不会引发异常，并且旧类型上的现有数据将按正常方式处理。
