Gets the ZenPolicy applied if #getInterruptionFilter() is
NotificationManager#INTERRUPTION_FILTER_PRIORITY. -or- Sets the ZenPolicy applied if #getInterruptionFilter() is
NotificationManager#INTERRUPTION_FILTER_PRIORITY.
