电脑维修更换主板后office无法识别,已删除设备

此电脑之前安装过Office2024,这次重新安装系统安装Office后不能使用,提示:此Microsoft Office家庭和学生版 2024的副本仅可安装在1台电脑或Mac上。要在此设备上安装,请购买其他Office许可证或转移现有的许可证。

点击下面“联系支持人员以将你的许可证转移到此设备”后回复“抱歉,我无法找到相关主题。你能改写并重试吗?”,但是又无法输入任何信息

同时我按照一个回答的方法把我用户名下的设备都删除了,但打开还是显示在另一台设备注册

    Thanks for getting back to me. Since your Office was pre-installed and you've already tried both the recovery tool and the license transfer option without success, the next step is to get in touch with a Microsoft support agent who can manually reset the license for your current hardware.

    You can do this by going to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, selecting “Microsoft 365 and Office,” then choosing “Technical Support” and “I can’t activate Office.” From there, click “Chat with a support agent” or “Call me back.” When prompted, just let them know that your Office 2024 Home and Student was pre-installed, and after a motherboard replacement and system reinstall, it now says the license is already used.

    They’ll be able to verify your account and help transfer the license to your current setup. Let me know once you’ve had a chance to try that, or if you’d like me to walk you through the support form step-by-step.

    这个Office授权是绑定电脑主板的,更换主板后就不能使用了。因为是电脑厂商(联想?)赠送的,所以,也没法转移;如果在质保期内,可以问问电脑厂商是否可以另送一个授权。
