我沒辦法安裝這個驅動 但我也找不到問題點在哪 這個問題已經很久了 所以請問有甚麼方可以解決掉這個程式

This isn't the driver, but rather the control software. Access Device Manager. Check if you're using the same version as your laptop model. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters > Killer > Properties > Details. Check if it's the same version.

If so, install this app from the Microsoft Store.
