无法修改电子邮件验证地址

当我尝试修改邮件验证的地址时，无法添加已设为主别名的的outlook.com邮箱，显示此内容已经是你的安全信息的一部分。但登陆时的验证代码依然发到旧邮箱地址里，倘若我取消outlook别名，又会导致outlook邮箱无法登录。目前我不想注册太多邮箱，旧邮箱我不想再用，询问是否有办法把新的outlook邮箱地址设定为安全验证方法吗？

Please note that your security verification method must be different from the email account you’re signing into.

This is because, incase if your account is locked or you’re trying to reset your password, the verification code is sent to the alternate email address. If you use the same email as your security info, you won’t be able to receive the code. That’s why Microsoft recommends having a different recovery method.

If you don’t want to add another email, you can use a phone number or an authenticator app instead. This is only used for verification purposes.
