If you're still experiencing the same problem, use the Office Uninstaller troubleshooter to completely remove all traces of Office applications.
https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC
This will open the 'Get Help' app on your PC.
Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.
Once uninstalled, restart your PC and install the Office applications from your Microsoft account.

Make sure to install the Office apps on your C: drive.
