Your OneDrive issue could be caused by a corrupted OneDrive installation or the way Windows handles Personal Vault. Microsoft has acknowledged that repeated unlocking of the vault can mess the background sync and missing OneDrive files might point to a failed install.
I'd suggest reinstalling OneDrive using the installer from Microsoft’s site. Also, try running this reset command: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset. If that file path isn't there, OneDrive probably didn't install right. If that’s the case, get rid of any OneDrive stuff you find, restart your computer, and reinstall it with the newest setup file.
So, are you using Windows 11 on your Lenovo? Have you checked OneDrive web to see if it's just a problem with your device? Also, does the vault act weird for anyone else using the same account?
