Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand that you are having issue with the snipping tool on Windows 10 where the tool bar left a pixel on the screen. As I checked, it seems like this is related to rendering on Windows 10 Snip & sketch. This has now been fixed on Windows 11 with the new Snipping tool. So please consider upgrading it if your PC meet the requirements.
If you want to stay with Windows 10 for now, you can consider these alternative options:
- Use the legacy snipping tool on Windows 10. You can consider pin it to the taskbar for easy access.
- Use the Print screen key and paste it on another program like Paint, it also won't have any issue.
