Are fence related D3d12 ddi callbacks obsolete

				I’m developing d3d12 driver. I found d3d1 ddi callbacks for fence such as pfnCreateFence, and etc. for device core and pfnSignalFence and etc. for command queue won’t be called by the runtime anymore. It seems the runtime takes over the job. Is that true? Is there any document for the change?
