ComboBox_SetItemData macro (windowsx.h)

Sets the application-defined value associated with the specified list item in a combo box. You can use this macro or send the CB_SETITEMDATA message explicitly.

Syntax

int ComboBox_SetItemData(
   HWND   hwndCtl,
   int    index,
   LPARAM data
);

Parameters

hwndCtl

Type: HWND

A handle to the control.

index

Type: int

The zero-based index of the item.

data

Type: LPARAM

The item data to set.

Return value

Type: int

If an error occurs, the return value is CB_ERR.
