Exercise 2: Use Rules Chaining with the PolicyActivity Activity

In this exercise, you add workflow member variables to support a binary search algorithm, and then you use a PolicyActivity activity to create a RuleSet that implements the binary search. This binary search algorithm is used by the workflow to detect the randomly generated number from the previous exercise.
