Gets a value that indicates whether this XamlType represents a nullable type, as per the XAML definition.

true if this XamlType represents a nullable type; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property aligns to the [is nullable] information item in the [MS-XAML] specification.
If you are not using the default internal CLR reflection technique for a XamlType, calls to this property can invoke LookupIsNullable overrides on XamlType derived classes.
