Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsNestedPublic property.

true if the class is nested and declared public; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsNestedPublic property gets a value indicating whether a class is nested and declared public.
