How to resize a partition in VHD?

SCVMM 2008 R2 & SCVMM 2012 無法在 P2V 的精靈設定過程中將 Partition Size 縮小。

但是您可以採用以下方式縮小 Partition Size:
- 將 Disk2VHD 產生出來後的 VHD mount 到 Windows 2008/R2 系統
- 執行 Defrag 壓縮 (Defrag X: /U /V /X)
- 再從 Windows Server 2008 Disk Management Console (diskmgmt.msc) 去把 C Drive 的 Partition 縮小 (Shrink Volume)
